NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: Online Audiovisual Services – Music (2014–2026)

 

June 7, 2024

[1] I will hold a Case Management Conference on the week of July 8, 2024, to discuss i) the issues that will be considered in this proceeding, and in which phase; and ii) the schedule of proceedings. I expect it to last 90 minutes.

[2] I will provide parties with my preliminary views on both the issues to be considered and a possible schedule of proceedings, no later than 14 days prior to the day of the Case Management Conference.

[3] I am available at the following times:

· Monday, July 8, 2024, between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.;

· Thursday, July 11, 2024, between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.; and

· Friday, July 12, 2024, between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

[4] Parties are to inform me of their availability at these times by Friday, June 21, 2024.
