NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

Proceeding: SOCAN Tariff 22.D.3 – Online Allied Services (2014-2023)

 

November 28, 2023

[1] The Board invites SOCAN, as well as the parties to the Agreement covering SOCAN Tariff 2.A (2014-2020), SOCAN Tariff 17(2014-2020), and SOCAN Tariff 22.D.3(2014-2020), to attend an informal meeting with Board Staff.

[2] The purpose of the meeting will be to outline concerns with the scope of the Jointly Submitted Text for Tariff 22.D.3.

[3] For clarity, the parties to the Agreement include SOCAN, the Canadian Association of Broadcasters and a group of BDUs, consisting of Bell Canada, Bragg Communications Inc., Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Cogeco Communications Inc., Quebecor Media Inc., Telus Communications, and the Canadian Communications Systems Alliance.

[4] Parties to the Agreement are asked to jointly indicate their availability for a meeting at one of the following dates by no later than Monday, December 4, 2023. They shall also indicate their representative(s) for the meeting.

  • i)Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EST

  • ii)Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. EST

  • iii)Monday, December 18, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. EST
