NOTICE OF THE BOARD

 

File: SOCAN Tariff 11.A – Circuses, Ice Shows, Fireworks Displays, Sound and Light Shows, Dance Shows and Similar events (2023-2025)

[1] The Board is now ready to conclude its written hearing process in the consideration of SOCAN Tariff 11.A for the years 2023 to 2025.

[2] For the purpose of calculating the 12 month period referred to in Section 2(a) of the Time Limits in Respect of Matters Before the Copyright Board Regulations, the Board informs the parties that the final day on which they may file written submissions is January 18, 2023. If parties choose to file submissions, these shall not include new evidence.
