ORDER OF THE BOARD

 

File: Re:Sound Tariff 8 (2013-2018)

[1] Re:Sound's request (August 30, 2022) to extend the deadline for filing its reply is partially granted.

[2] While the Re:Sound Tariff 8 (2013-2018) proceeding was decoupled from the Online Music Services proceeding, both proceedings must be completed by January 13, 2023 (as per ruling CB-CDA 2022-016).

[3] The deadline for filing Re:Sound’s Reply is modified as follows: October 7, 2022. This will allow the Board to retain some flexibility in dealing with unknowns while keeping with the fast approaching January 13, 2023 deadline.
