RULING OF THE BOARD

 

File: Commercial Television Tariffs (2015-2024) and CBC Television Tariffs (2015-2025)

July 27, 2022

 

[1] The CBC has requested, for reasons related to COVID-19, an extension of one week to submit its Notices of Grounds for Objection to the proposed tariffs Tariff No. 6 — CMRRA CBC Television Tariff and Tariff No. 2.D — Television – Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

[2] Given the reasons provided, and the extension sought, the request is reasonable and is granted.

[3] The CBC must file their Notices of Grounds for Objection no later than August 9, 2022.
