MOTION ORDER
[1] The Tribunal dismissed this case in a decision on February 15, 2023.
[2] On February 27, 2023, a motion order dismissed a series of requests brought by the Applicant for changes to the decision under Rule 46 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice. Rule 46 allows the Tribunal to clarify wording that is unclear or incorrectly stated.
[3] On March 30, 2023, the Applicant made a further motion request under Rule 46 for changes to the decision. The Applicant seeks eight changes they call factual errors in the decision that seem incidental to the focus of the case.
[4] Rule 46.5 allows this motion to be decided without hearing from other parties.
[5] Rule 46.3 allows a party 30 days from receiving an order or decision to make a request for a minor correction or clarification.
[6] The Applicant brought their further motion more than 30 days after receiving the decision on February 15, 2023, and motion order on February 27, 2023.
[7] The Applicant is out of time to request changes to the decision under Rule 46.
[8] Since the request is out of time, I will not address the request for changes to the decision.
[9] The motion is denied.
