CONSENT ORDER

[1]       A Request for Records formed the basis of this matter before the Tribunal. Jasper Developments Corp., and York Condominium Corporation No. 82 have settled this case during the Stage 2 process and the terms are known to the parties. 

[2]       The Tribunal issues this Order with the consent of both parties.

ORDER

[3]       The Tribunal makes the following Order:

1.     The parties have resolved the issues involved in this case.

2.     York Condominium Corporation No. 82 will provide Jasper Developments Corp. with the sum of $75.00 representing Tribunal filing fees, within 30 days of the date of this Consent Order.

3.     The Tribunal orders that this file be closed.
