CONSENT ORDER
[1] Using the Condominium Authority’s Tribunal online system, the Applicant, Mohamad Abou El Naaj, and the Respondent, Peel Standard Condominium Corporation No. 935, have both agreed to settle these cases.
[2] CAT Member Maureen Carter-Whitney therefore orders that these cases have been resolved without a hearing, based on the following terms and conditions.
ORDER
[3] Mohamad Abou El Naaj and Peel Standard Condominium Corporation No. 935 have acknowledged and agreed that Tribunal Cases 2020-00213R, 2020-00225R and 2020-00287R pertain to the same issues and, in the interest of efficiency, agree to merge the three cases by closing Cases 2020-00225R and 2020-00287R. On this basis, Mohamad Abou El Naaj and Peel Standard Condominium Corporation No. 935 consent to the closure of these cases.
COMPLIANCE
[4] If either Mohamad Abou El Naaj or Peel Standard Condominium Corporation No. 935 fails to comply with any of the terms of this order, it may be enforced by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
