CONSENT ORDER
[1] The Applicant, Allan Steingart, and the Respondent, Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 2517, have agreed to settle this case and for the terms of their agreement to be incorporated into a consent order.
[2] The CAT orders that this case has been resolved without a hearing, based on the following terms and conditions:
1. The Respondent will reimburse the Applicant's filing fees of $75 within 30 days.
2.
The parties have
resolved the issues involved in this case.
Compliance
[3] If either Allan Steingart or Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 2517 fails to comply with any of the terms of this order, it may be enforced through the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
