CONSENT ORDER

 

[1]       The Applicant, Olakemi Sobomehin, and the Respondent, Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 2600 have agreed to settle this case and for the terms of their agreement to be incorporated into a consent order.  

 

[2]       CAT Member Brian Cook therefore orders that this case has been resolved without a hearing, based on the following terms and conditions:

1.    The parties agree that the documents requested by the applicant have been provided to the applicant. The documents have been redacted to remove information about other parties. The Applicant and the Respondent agree that the documents have been appropriately redacted.

2.    The Respondent (Condominium) shall pay to the Applicant the amount of four-hundred dollars ($400.00) within thirty (30) days of the date of this Consent Order. A cheque will be mailed to the applicant at the address she has provided for this purpose.

3.    This case has been fully resolved in Stage 2 Mediation. This application cannot be re-opened.

 

Compliance

 

If either Olakemi Sobomehin or Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 2600 fails to comply with any of the terms of this order, it may be enforced by through the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
