CONSENT ORDER

[1]       The Application was settled by the Applicant, Kugan Meiyalagan, and the Respondent, Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 996 (MTCC-996), in the Condominium Authority Tribunal’s (The “Tribunal”) Stage 2 Mediation.

 

[2]       The parties have resolved the case in Mediation with the Respondent providing the Applicant the following documentation as requested:

1.               The complete Owner’s list which includes the names and service addresses of the Owner for each unit.

2.               Affidavits of Oleksandr Pichugin and Sriram Rangan, Directors of the Board of Directors for MTCC-966, supporting the truth and accuracy of the information provided in the Owner’s list.

3.               Reimbursement of the CAO Application fees to the Applicant in the amount of $75.00.

 

[3]       The Applicant confirms receipt of the above documentation and monies. In exchange for receipt of the above, the Applicant agrees to withdraw his Application.


[4]       The Parties consent to closing of this file, as there are no further actions required to be taken in this matter.

 

[5]       The Tribunal orders that this file be closed and indicates that this case has been fully resolved in Stage 2 Mediation. This Application cannot be re-opened.
