PAR T F -Reas ons for Panel Deci sio n The i s sue o n appeal is whether the min i stry's decision which he IA for f ailing to accept suitable employm ent was re asonably reas onable applicatio n of the a p pl ic a ble enact ment p a r ticular, was the min istry reasonable in determining that t as sistance (IA), pursuant to s ection 13(1) (a)(i) of t he failing to accept s u i table emplo yment and that the appellant remains ineligible for the prescribed period set out under sect ions 13(2)(b) of the EAA and 29(3)(a) of the Employment and Assis Regulation (EA R)?
