The Panel's Decision Section 55(2)(d) of the EAP WDR states that a p erso mov i ng, t h e person's shelter costs are reduced significant $20 -$30 per month in laundr y costs by m o ving. The ministry argues th his utility costs, shelter costs only include e ssential uti m e ntion the laundry co s t savings prior.
