PART C-Decision under Appeal The Decision under Appeal is the Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation, (ministry) Reconsideration Decision, dated Jan. 30, 2014, which denied the appellant a crisis supplement for shelter. The ministry determined that the Appellant was not eligible for a crisis supplement under sec. 57 of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, as the ministry determined the appellant had not demonstrated there were no other resources available to the appellant to pay for her shelter and there was no evidence of imminent or immediate danger to the appellant's physical health if she did not get the supplement.
