On August 2 and August 26, 1994, we wrote to you requesting that you provide us with information in relation to section 5 of the Environmental Appeal Board Regulation which sets out the requirements for filing an appeal. In the second letter, we asked you to submit your completed Notice of Appeal form by September 6, 1994.

We have received no response from you to either of our letters. As a result, the Board has directed me to advise you that we have closed our file in this matter.
