ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT

On April 30, 2024, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order affirming the hearing panels order of suspension, affirming one condition, and vacating a second condition.  As a result, respondents license to practice of law in Michigan was suspended for 100 days, effective May 29, 2024.  On May 8, 2025, respondent filed an affidavit pursuant to MCR 9.123(A), attesting that he has fully complied with all requirements of the panels order.  The Boards staff was informed by counsel that the Administrator has no objection to respondents reinstatement; and the Board being otherwise advised;

 

NOW THEREFORE,

 

IT IS ORDERED that respondent, Andrew A. Paterson, P 18690, is REINSTATED to the practice of law in Michigan, effective May 13, 2025.
