RE: Application for Review of the Certification Order of the Guild of Canadian Film Composers / La guilde de compositeurs de film canadien
Dear Mr. Bergman:
This is to inform you that, on December 15, 2010, the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal considered the request from the Guild of Canadian Film Composers to amend the certification order to reflect their change of name.
The Tribunal has requested that I inform you that it has granted the Guild of Canadian Film Composers request to amend its certification order issued by the Tribunal, to reflect their new name. The amended certification orders have not altered the scope, substance or timeframe of the certification orders. Attached are the French and English versions of the amended certification orders.
