Dear Mr. Lebi :
A panel of the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal convened
on September 22, 2010 to consider the request from the American Federation of
Musicians of the United States and Canada to amend their certifications orders to reflect
the change of name.
The Tribunal has requested that I inform you that it has granted the American Federation
of Musicians of the United States and Canada's request to amend its celtification orders
issued by the Tribunal, to reflect their new operating name. The amended certification
orders have not altered the scope, substance or timeframe ofthe certification orders.
Attached are the French and English versions of the amended certification orders.
